Terms of Service

These terms govern all consulting engagements between you (the client) and Feedings LTD trading as PathLaid (Company No. 16795680, registered in England and Wales).

Services

PathLaid provides consulting, planning, development, and ongoing management services for apps, websites, and digital products. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.

Payment

Consulting sessions are charged per block at the agreed rate. Project work is quoted and agreed before commencement. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a suspension of work until the balance is cleared.

Intellectual property

Work produced for you during an engagement belongs to you once paid in full. Until payment is received, all work remains the property of Feedings LTD. Any pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks used in your project remain the property of their respective owners.

Confidentiality

We treat all client materials, plans, and business information as confidential. We will not disclose your project details to third parties without your written consent. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

What we expect from you

Timely responses to questions and requests for feedback. Access to any systems, accounts, or materials needed for the work. Honest communication about your goals, constraints, and concerns. If something is not working, say so early.

What you can expect from us

Honest assessment of your ideas and plans. Clear communication about progress, blockers, and costs. Work delivered to a professional standard. If we cannot deliver something, we will tell you before you pay for it.

Cancellation

Either party may end an engagement with reasonable written notice. You will be invoiced for any work completed up to the point of cancellation. Unused prepaid blocks will be refunded.

Liability

We take care to deliver quality work, but we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or issues arising from your use of the deliverables after handover. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you have paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
